Footy for Tots is the data controller of the personal information we collect. This means we decide how your personal data is used. In some cases, our booking platform “Classes for Kids” acts as a data processor on our behalf.

  • Parent/guardian contact details (name, email address, phone number).
  • Child details (name, date of birth, health/medical conditions relevant to participation).
  • Consent preferences (e.g. photography, marketing).
  • Payment and booking information (through “Classes for Kids”).

Special category data (such as health/medical information) will only be collected with explicit parental consent, and only where necessary to protect the health, wellbeing and safety of children in our sessions.

  • Directly from parents/guardians when corresponding with us.

  • Marketing (only where you have opted-in).

  • We keep personal data for as long as your child is registered with Footy for Tots.
  • Once membership ends, we will securely delete personal data after 24 months, unless required to keep it longer for legal or safeguarding reasons.
